Our pomegranates are harvested at peak ripeness and promptly delivered to our state-of-the-art facility. Each fruit is carefully pitted, and the kernels are meticulously separated and inspected to ensure only the finest kernels make it to our frozen packages. The arils are then frozen to -18°C or below to preserve their natural flavor, texture and nutritional value
